Help us to help those who help us!

Valhalla Project Niagara is a non-profit organization who trains and places Golden Retrievers as support dogs for veterans and first responders who are suffering with PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder).

Evelyn Murphy and Roseanne Baker visited Valhalla recently and presented a cheque.

We are currently making arrangements for two additional dogs, Austin and Taylor. Rose is now at her new home.

Rose Volunteers are both honoured and proud to be supporting such a remarkable and much needed program. Every day, a first responder embraces their role and puts their life on the line to ensure the safety of others and sometimes at great cost to themselves. The support dogs that are trained and placed by Valhalla become an integral part of an individual’s life and ultimately a life partner to assist them in coping and managing their PTSD on a day-to-day basis.

This is Rose, a young Golden Retriever who was recently trained and ready for service.

The Rose Volunteers will be organizing fundraising projects and events to assist in further and future training of golden retrievers for this important service. These gentle, kind and caring animals are very much in need.

Please help support Rose Volunteers to support the Valhalla Project of Niagara, to make a difference in someone’s life who continually makes a difference in ours.
